http://preparednesspantry.blogspot.com/ has a wonderful new tool on their website called the food storage analyzer. You make an account and type in your household information. then it goes step by step with you on what you have in your pantry, what you need to be prepared. It gives you all of the nutrtional information and suggestions on what to get. It even lets you purchase the stuff that you may need right on the site. This is a very informative and fun to use tool. I highly suggest trying it out and seeing what it has to offer.
